GENERAL MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Operational Manager to help steer our growing sandwich shop with care, clarity, and efficiency. This part-time role is ideal for someone with an passion for food & coffee, loves improving processes, and has a solid grasp of the behind the scenes runnings of a successful hospitality business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across shop and kitchen
Use analytics to guide decision-making and improve efficiency
Work closely with owners and staff on planning, systems, and performance

Previous experience in operations or management (hospitality preferred)
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Confident with systems, ROTAS, spreadsheets, and problem-solving

BARISTA EXPERIENCED PREFERED

A passionate chef/cook with 1+ year’s kitchen experience
A confident prep chef with an eye for detail, flavour, and precision

A great collaborator: confident sharing ideas, but just as happy to crack on INDEPENDENTLY with day-to-day tasks
YOU HAVE a positive attitude
Highly organised, with an unmatched eye for detail, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene
Calm under pressure, kind, hardworking, and focused on quality
Holding food hygiene certificates (a plus, not essential)
Excited by recipe development and flavour creation
What You’ll Do
Cook and prep everything fresh from scratch EVERY DAY
MAKE, CUT AND WRAP SANDWICHES EACH DAY
WRAP SANDWICHES TO PERFECTION, AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT
Maintain top food hygiene and cleaning standards
Keep the kitchen organised and running smoothly
Bring creativity, energy, and ideas to our growing menu
